| Getting Ready for Summer |

Some of us are still bulking for the much desired size, and some of us are starting to diet for summer. Others are on their never ending attempt to just get to a low body fat percentage. We’re around 20 weeks away from summer and it’s time for some of us, including me to transition from that bulk and start to cut the calories and drop the excess fat. There are a few things that we have to PLAN in order to do this, and the hardest part is MOTIVATION. What I want all of us to do is to motivate each other and work as a team to do this. This “mission” will take place over the message board this way all of us can chime in.
